Settings allows you to configure features that can then be used by users in the Locations, Inbox and Campaigns menus (depending on their permissions).

It is accessible via the left side menu in the Settings tab:

Configuration of the services (Google & Store Locator)

A service is a specific resource that an establishment can offer its customers (parking, vegetarian dish, access for people with reduced mobility, types of payment accepted, etc.).

In Google My Business, services can be selected from a list pre-established by Google (linked to the establishment's main activity category) and / or be created manually. The my.mobilosoft platform therefore supports the integration and configuration of these services with these two possibilities. For the Store Locator, these are the services defined by the head office.

Procedure for configuring a service

1 / Select the media (Google or Store Locator) in the drop-down list.

2 / Click the "+" icon to encode a new service (new screen).

3 / Fill in the fields on the new screen:

  • Key: field generated automatically according to what will be entered in Service name.

  • Service name: title of the service (pre-defined or manual for Google)

  • Service groups: association with one or more service groups, if necessary.

  • Service description: description of the service concerned.

4 / Click Save to save.

Once configured, services can be activated by the user in Services or through the Bulk action command.

Associate an icon and a translation with a service

By opening an already created service (pencil icon), new information that did not appear at the time of the first configuration will be able to be configured in turn:

  • The possibility of adding an icon representing the service.

  • Name translations: translation of the title of the service.

  • Description translations: translation of the service description.
