Set up the Google & Facebook Categories

Settings allows you to set up the functionalities that can latter be used by the users in the Locations, Inbox and Campaigns Menus (according to access authorisation).

The Settings are accessible from the menu on the left side, through the Settings tab :

How to set up the Google and Facebook Categories

The categories in Google My Business and Facebook correspond to the business areas of the listing and can be selected in a pre-established list.

The my.mobilosoft platform therefore supports the integration and configuration of these categories.

How to set up a category

1/ Select the media (Google or Facebook) in the drop-down list.

2/ Click the + icon to create a new field.

3/ Type in the text box to generate a list of categories.

4/ Select and click Save.

Once configured, the categories can be edited by the user in Information or via the Bulk action command.

Notes : the Sync Google Category or Sync Facebook Category buttons are only visible to the Mobilosoft technical team. They allow you to synchronise the latest version of the categories of the media concerned.
