Configure customer reviews response templates

Settings allows you to configure features that can then be used by users in the Locations, Inbox and Campaigns menu's (depending on their permissions).

It is accessible via the left side menu in the Settings tab:

Configuration of the canned answers

The Canned answers screen appears after clicking Add a saved reply. There you will find the list of pre-recorded answers. One of these will probably suit the review being processed, however the personalisation should not be forgotten!

Procedure for setting up a response template

1 / Click the "+" icon to encode a new model (new screen).

2 / Fill in the fields on the new screen:
