Settings allows you to configure features that can then be used by users in the Locations, Inbox and Campaigns menus (depending on their permissions).

It is accessible via the left side menu in the Settings tab:

In my.mobilosoft, a tag is used to find establishments, customer reviews, response models to customer reviews or even local campaigns more quickly in the different platform entries.

In Settings > Tags, tags can be configured by selecting the desired theme from the drop-down list (upper right corner).

The tags created in Location will allow users to associate or delete tags in the Location edit screen and therefore facilitate the search for establishments in the location list and also in Inbox.

To create a tag, fill in the Add tag field then click Save to save it. To modify the title of an existing tag, click the pencil icon and edit it in the Add tag field.

The tags created in Review will allow users to associate or remove tags from a customer review and therefore facilitate the search for reviews at the Inbox level.

Tags created in Canned Answer will allow users to easily find an answer template for a customer review in the Inbox > Add a saved reply screen. It is therefore also necessary to configure response templates in Settings > Canned answers and associate these tags with them.
