Configure the Store Locator extra fields

Settings allows you to configure features that can then be used by users in the Locations, Inbox and Campaigns menus (depending on their permissions).

It is accessible via the left side menu in the Settings tab:

Configuration of the extra fields (Store Locator)

An extra field is an "object" visible only on the page of your Store Locator. It is custom designed, at the customer's request. The focus of this article is about the additional content that you can display only on the store pages of your Store Locator. It is not about the Google My Business listing or the local Facebook page.

It can be a text box, a button with URL (call to action), a value (for example a unique identification number), a date or even an email address.

Are you a pharmacy? You can add the APB number or the name of the pharmacist in charge of each of your pharmacies so that they appear on your Store Locator.

Procedure for configuring an extra field

1/ Click the "+" icon to encode an extra field (new screen)

2 / Fill in the fields on the new screen:

  • Extrafield name: title of the extra field.

  • Validation: the format of the extra field (Mail, URL, Date, Text, list of values).

3 / Click Save to save.
