How to update an "extra field"

Once the point of sale has been chosen, you can edit its information through 5 menus - Information, Opening hours, Images, Services, Extra fields.

An extra field is an "object" visible only on your Store Locator page, custom designed at the customer's request. Here we are no longer talking about the Google My Business page or the local Facebook page, but only the additional content that you can display on the store page of the Store Locator.

It can be a text box, a button with URL (call to action), a value (for example a unique identification number), a date or even a mail address.

Are you a pharmacy? You can add the APB number or the name of the pharmacist in charge of each of your pharmacy so that they appear on your Store Locator.

Let's go through the Extra fields menu

The Extra fields tab is very easy to use. You just have to activate or deactivate the extra field* in question via the ACTIVE / INACTIVE button.

The left column lists the name of the actionable objects. The second indicates the format of the extra field: Mail / URL / Date / Text / List of values.

* Extra fields proposals are configured beforehand by an authorized user, via the Settings menu.

When activating or modifying (pencil icon) an extra field, a pop-up opens allowing you to indicate a default content as well as its translations if applicable:

Other extra field formats are even easier to edit, such as the list of values ​​for example:

By clicking "Save", the extra field button turns blue. The changes will then appear on the web page.
