To modify the opening hours of an establishment, follow these simple steps.

Once you have selected a location (see how to search for a location), you can edit its information via five menus: Information, Opening Hours, Images, Services, and Additional Fields.

Real-Time Updates

When you edit and save data, it is transmitted in real-time to various media. However, it is possible that the changes may not be taken into account until after a few hours.

Opening Hours Menu

Outlet Schedule Tab

  1. Enter your regular opening hours: Ensure you input the regular hours of your establishment.

Recommendation: Avoid modifying the classic operating hours unless a new schedule format has been decided for the long term.

  2. Define a second time slot: If your establishment is not open continuously, you can add another time slot using the "+" icon.

Add Exceptional Hours Tab

  1. Indicate exceptional opening or closing days: Note that it is not possible to set two special schedules on the same day.

    Recommendations:

    • Configure exceptional hours for holidays and similar days (e.g., Christmas Eve and Christmas).

    • Use this tab for regular operating days only when your hours change exceptionally (e.g., early closure or opening earlier). In this case, do not modify the hours configured in the Outlet Schedule tab.

  2. Management of Previous Exceptional Hours: Previous exceptional hours will be automatically removed from the list of exceptional hours visible at the bottom of the page.

Updating Opening Hours via Group Action

Group Action offers an alternative for making changes to Opening Hours. Initially designed to facilitate editing multiple locations at once, it can also be used for a single point of sale.
