If you have a certain number of points of sales to manage then the following elements will facilitate your group searches within the location menu:

1/ The search bar → enter the name, ID, postal code, associated brand or even the location tag* to display the point of sale(s) you are looking for. (All these elements are cumulative).

2/ The 3 icons Facebook, Google and Store Locator → activate them to display the concerned point of sale(s). For example, if you select the Facebook filter, you get all the point of sale(s) connected to a Facebook page. In the list of Locations, the media icon is blue when the establishment is connected to its page.

3/ The Show All locations filter → select Open or Closed to display the concerned point of sale(s). This is a "generic" status of the establishment, i.e. whether it is still in operation or not, not to be confused with the opening or closing hours.

*Tags must be previously created via Settings.

Use the "Bulk action" for bulk updates

The Bulk action allows you to update the following information for a group of Locations:

  • Opening hours

  • Add exceptional hour(s)

  • Tags

  • Category

  • Services

  • Description

  • Images : allows you to use images already published on other media (Facebook, Google or Store Locator) and to duplicate them on the desired media(s). It also allows to delete the images of a medium by unchecking the associated box. (Preview at the bottom of the page).

Procedure:

  • Check one or more point(s) of sale that you want to update.

  • Click on Bulk action to choose the type of information you want to modify.

  • Choose the item from the list on which you want to act.

  • Make the desired changes, then save.

This is an example of what the screen for opening hours looks like after selecting Opening hours and the screen for pictures after selecting Pictures.

The upper part shows the selected point of sales, the rest of the page is dedicated to edit the information.
