Once the point of sale has been chosen, you can edit its information through 5 menus - Information, Opening hours, Images, Services, Extra fields.

When you edit and save data, it is transmitted in real time to different media. However, it may happen that the changes are taken into account after a few hours.

A service is a specific resource that a point of sale can offer towards its customers. For example : parking, vegetarian dish, access for people with reduced mobility, types of payment accepted, etc...

In comparison to the description (in the Information menu), the services are in the form of a short description, sometimes a single word.

In Google My Business, services can be selected from a list pre-established by Google (linked to the establishment's main activity category) and / or be created manually. The my.mobilosoft platform therefore supports the integration and configuration of these services with these two possibilities. For the Store Locator, these are the services defined by the head office.

Let's go through the Services menu

The Location Services tab is very easy to use. You just need to activate or deactivate the service* in question using the YES / NO button.

The left column lists the name of the services that can be activated, sometimes accompanied by an icon. The second indicates the category of the service (if you have entered it).

* Services and service groups are previously configured via Settings.

To change media (Google or Store Locator) go to the drop-down list (upper right corner):

Update Services Using Bulk Command

Exploiting Bulk is a second alternative for making changes in Services. Originally this command was designed to make it easier to edit several point of sales at once, but it is quite possible to use it for a single point of sale.

For more information, see the article Search & Bulk Edit with Bulk Command.
