Hello and welcome to Mobilosoft School!

In order to best prepare you for using the Mobilosoft School training platform, we are delighted to share this user guide with you. Please find below the instructions to follow:

How do I log in for the first time?

How do I log in for the first time?

All you have to do is click on the "Connect to Mobilosoft School" button:

You will then be prompted to log in on our Teachable homepage:

In case you have a coupon on our course, you will be able to "Add a coupon code" when you proceed to the payment:

Where are the courses once on the platform?

Once logged in, all of your courses are displayed on the home page. Start with the general introduction and then complete the modules in order from 1 to 9.

A test validating knowledge is offered after each module. You will need to pass it in order to move on to the next module.

The course curriculum page gives a complete overview of the course:

When starting the next lecture you will be redirected to the module you are studying. Once the video and the text are fully viewed, you can "Complete and Continue". The entire training is always displayed on the left-hand side.

How do I redo a course if I fail the test?

The test score to pass a module is 80%. If you, unfortunately, did not pass the test you can:

- Repeat it by clicking on the button "Retake Quiz" at the bottom of the test result page

- Redoing the entire module by returning to the previous lectures on the top left section "Previous Lectures".

How do I move on to the next course?

As stated previously, you must pass the test for the current module to move on to the next one.

Once the test is successful, you can select the next module which will then be unlocked by clicking on the section by clicking on the top right section "Complete and Continue".

Who to contact in case of a problem?

- You can contact the group administrator via the platform in the message.

- Your sales contact at Mobilosoft can always relay with the person in charge of the platform.
