What is a National Campaign?

National campaigns allow HQ managers (Head office) to use My.Mobilosoft to create and publish messages concerning your points of sale on the Facebook, Google My Business or Store Locator* pages of your stores. For example, you can publish information about new products that you offer, available promotions or events that you organize in your points of sale.

* The media available may vary depending on the brands, the existence of these local pages on each of the media and a link from these pages to Mobilosoft.

Creation of a new national campaign

1. Connect to My.Mobilosoft

2. Access the "Campaigns Hub"

3. Click on the “Create new campaign” button

4. After “Post”

STEP 1

Put “objective” of the campaign, “Start date”, “End date” and the “Theme” you would like to choose.

Note on objective :

  • Other event: If you want to display the campaign title and the dates (start and end)

  • Inform something new: if you don't want to display the campaign title and the dates (start and end)

STEP 2 :

Choose the media on which you want to publish your campaign

If you click on the media you want to broadcast your campaign, there are fields of the following information that appear:

  • Title: 58 characters

  • Description: 300 characters

  • “Call to action”

  • A button will appear on your GMB Campaign, you can add a "Call to action"* also for Facebook, it appears as a link. By clicking on this link, Internet users will be redirected to the site indicated in the "Call to action link".

  • You could add one or more images in your campaign (the images must be in rectangle shape):

To do this, click on "Select images", if you want to add images that are in your computer. Once your image has been added, click on “Validate”.

If you want to use an image that has previously been added to your library: the images are all displayed and all you have to do is select it, then click on the “Validate

  • Add video (Duration: 30 seconds, size: 720x720 Format: mp3, mp4, Webm)

You could publish your campaign with a video, by clicking on “Add video” after “Browse”

  • Tag: optional

STEP 3

Select the points of sale for which your campaign will be published.Search the outlets for which this campaign will be published using the “Search Locations” search bar, The search bar currently supports location tag, campaign tag and outlet name or ID .

After checking the locations concerned for your campaign, you can click on the “Confirm” button.

STEP 4

This is where you would have the preview of your campaign.

  • If there are any changes you would like to make, you can go back to each step by clicking on the “Previous” button.

  • If your preview is correct, you could click on the “Publish” button to be able to publish your campaign

  • If you want to save it, but not send it right away, you could click on the “Save as draft” button, and after you could post later.
