Currently this feature is only available for Google my business but will be available for Facebook in the future.

This is how the In-Store Conversion Dashboard looks like..

  1. Start by filtering the results by choosing between Facebook/ Google or both results, located at the top left of the dashboard. (In this case only Google is available)

  2. Then, filter by location and timeframe if needed

Start by applying filters to the dashboard according to what data you would like to see.

In-Store Traffic

In-Store traffic is an indicator that measures in-store visits based on a probabilistic model. Each conversion step (impression, call, website click, itinerary) has a conversion probability. We then multiply it by 75%

You can preview how this changes over time, the higher the number, the better.

Direct vs Indirect Searches

Direct searches which are in blue are searches based on your location name and city or on your exact address. Indirect searches which are in red are all other searches.

Where do the searches occur?

Searches can occur both on the map or directly on Google. This graph highlights the difference between the two searches and which one is accessed the most.

Total Impressions

The total impressions is all the times your organisation was visible online for a user added by the times it was scrolled over.

Activations

Call (Blue) - The amount of clicks made on the phone number through Google my business.

Itinerary (Red) - The amount clicks made on the directions tab of the company through Google my business.

Website Click (Green) - The amount of clicks on the website tab of the company through Google my business.
