Reviews are located in the Reportings section of https://my.mobilosoft.com/ which show an analysis of the reviews shared on the store's Google and Facebook.
Start by applying filters to the dashboard according to what data you would like to see.
The dashboard is divided in the following criteria and they all depend on the timeline chosen previously to view results.
Total reviews on period
This shows you how many reviews were received in total.
Average rating on period
This gives you an average of all the star ratings out of 5 stars.
Answer rate on period
This percentage will show you how many reviews were responded. A 100% means all reviews were responded and that should be your aim.
Average answer time on period
This is an average of the total number of hours taken to answer reviews.
Following the top part of the dashboard are some graphical analytics..
Received & answered reviews
This graph shows how many reviews were received in blue and how many of them were answered in green. Ideally these two will be equal to each other as it is reflected in the "Answer rate on period" aswell.
Ratings distribution on the period
The ratings distribution indicates the amount of ratings given in that period.
Rating distribution trend
This graph shows how review stars were distributed over the period of time chosen.
Periodical impact on net promoter score
This chart shows how many of your locations are in each Net Promotor score status if we only take into accounts the reviews received during the period selected.
Top 10 locations on the period & Bottom 10 locations on the period
These two data platforms indicate the score, which is calculated by multiplying the number of reviews by the average rating of the selected period. Then stores are ranked by top locations and bottom locations.
Top 10 progressions on the period & bottom 10 progressions on the period
Progression is calculated based on score at the start of the period and at the end of the period. This is calculated by multiplying the number of reviews by the average rating of the last 6 months. Then stores are ranked depending on their progression.
