How to use chatbot - Direct help from our team

Learn how to use Chatbot effectively and to its maximum use!

Chatbot is a tool used as direct communication to help you with any queries you might have.

After signing in to your My.Mobilosoft account you can find Chatbot located at the bottom right of your screen.

First and foremost we suggest that before asking anything you would like to ask to one of our representatives, you search your request in the "Find an answer quickly" tab as you may find an answer there.


An example of this is a query on how to create exceptional hours.

Step 1 : Identify the key words ( in this case: exceptional hours)
Step 2: Input the keywords in the "Search for answers..." bar.
Step 3: Have a look at the suggestions given..


Remember there can only be a maximum of 3 suggestions visible on chatbot therefore if there are more than 3 suggestions available, a "see more results" tab would follow which allows you to see more results.


If you were not satisfied with the answers provided, simply start a new conversation with one of our representatives by clicking on the "New Conversation" tab and send the question.

You will receive an automated reply until a representative communicates back an answer which will be received both on the chat itself and in your email.
