To allow Mobilosoft to support you in managing your presence on Apple Maps, you need to share access to your Apple Business organisation with our team.
This process allows you to delegate the necessary permissions to Mobilosoft while retaining control over your organisation and the access rights you grant.
Step 1 - Access Your Organisation Settings
Sign in to Apple Business.
Open Settings.
Select Integrations, then Partner Access.
Click Share Access.
Step 2 - Add Mobilosoft as a Partner
In the access-sharing window:
Enter Mobilosoftâs Partner Organization ID:
1497238504304303616.Select the features you want to grant Mobilosoft access to.
Choose the brand you want to share access to.
Click Add More if you want to share additional features or brands.
Important: Make sure you select the correct brand and grant the permissions required to manage your locations on Apple Maps.
Step 3 - Send the Invitation
Before completing the process:
Review the selected brands and features.
Click Invite to send your invitation.
Mobilosoft will receive an invitation email from Apple.
We recommend letting us know once the invitation has been sent so that our team can check whether it has been received and proceed with accepting it.
If the invitation does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If necessary, ask your IT team to review your email filters and ensure that emails from the apple.com domain are allowed.
Step 4 - Confirm Access Sharing
Once the invitation has been sent:
Check the status of the access-sharing request in Apple Business.
Confirm with the Mobilosoft team that the invitation has been received and accepted.
Make sure the necessary permissions have been granted for the relevant brand.
Expected Outcome
Mobilosoft will have the permissions granted to support you in managing your presence on Apple Maps, including the activities covered by the shared access rights.
