The Settings section allows you to configure features that can later be used in the Locations, Inbox, and Campaigns menus (depending on your access rights).

Open the left-hand menu
Click on Settings
Then select AI and Canned Answers

When you access this section, you will land on the Settings for pre-recorded responses page.
There, you will find:
A list of saved replies
A search bar to quickly find replies using keywords

Fill in the required fields in the form
Add a title
Add your content
Add a tag to make future searches easier
Carefully review your content
