How and when to use the AI and Saved Replies section

⚙️ Accessing Settings

The Settings section allows you to configure features that can later be used in the Locations, Inbox, and Campaigns menus (depending on your access rights).

👉 To access it:

  • Open the left-hand menu

  • Click on Settings

  • Then select AI and Canned Answers

💬 Using Pre-recorded responses

When you access this section, you will land on the Settings for pre-recorded responses page.

There, you will find:

  • A list of saved replies

  • A search bar to quickly find replies using keywords

👉 Best practices:

  • A saved reply can be used as a base

  • ⚠️ Always customize each reply according to the customer review

🛠️ Creating a Reply Template

  • Click on the ➕ icon to create a new reply

  • Fill in the required fields in the form

  • Add a title

  • Add your content

  • Add a tag to make future searches easier

  • Carefully review your content

  • Click Save to confirm

Allows you to:

  • Generate or enhance a location description using AI

📢 Campaigns Hub

Allows you to:

  • Generate content for your marketing campaigns

Allows you to:

  • Respond to customer reviews automatically using AI

  • Saved Replies:
    👉 To save time on recurring responses
    👉 Must always be customized

  • AI:
    👉 To quickly generate content
    👉 Ideal when you need inspiration or want to save time

Using Saved Replies and AI together helps you optimize your time while maintaining high-quality responses.
