This feature allows you to respond efficiently to customer reviews while maintaining a professional, consistent tone aligned with your brand image.

How to proceed

1. Access the Review Hub

  • Go to the Review Hub

2. Identify reviews to respond to

  • Use the “Not replied” filter

  • Sort reviews by:

    • channels (Google, Facebook…)

    • score (rating)

    • date

👉 This helps you prioritize your responses effectively.

3. Generate a response with AI

  • Click on the selected review

  • Click on “Generate AI response” 🤖

⚠️ No keywords are required: the AI directly uses the content of the review.

4. Review and customize the response

Once the response is generated:

  • Carefully review the content

  • Ensure it aligns with your internal guidelines

  • Adjust it if needed to match your tone and specific requirements

5. Publish the response

  • Click on “Reply” to publish the response on the selected platform
