How to proceed
1. Access the Campaign Hub
Go to the Campaign Hub
Click on “Calendar view”
Then click on “Create a new campaign” (top right)
2. Choose the campaign type
Select “Post” for organic campaigns
3. Set up your campaign
Define the objective of your campaign:
Promotion
Promote a product
Promote a service
Promote something else
Event
In-store event
Local event
Other event
News
Inform something new
Share inspiration
👉 Note: “Banner” is not a campaign type, but a format used to display ads on your Store Locator for a defined period.
4. Define the campaign schedule
Select the start and end dates
Click on “Confirm” to proceed
5. Select media and activate AI
Choose the relevant media platforms
Check the “AI Suggestion” box
6. Generate content with GenAI
Enter one or more relevant keywords describing your campaign
Click on “Validate request”
Wait a few seconds while the AI generates your content
👉 A campaign description is automatically generated based on your input.
7. Review and customize your content
Before confirming:
Carefully review the generated content
Ensure it aligns with your brand image
Adjust it if necessary to match your tone and specific messaging
8. Finalize your campaign
Add images, videos, and tags if needed
Click on “Confirm” to publish your campaign
Note
Campaign creation is not limited to the Calendar view. It is also available from the Overview section, by following the same steps described in the Calendar view.
TEMPLATES VS CAMPAIGNS
When accessing the Campaign Hub interface, GenAI is not only available in the Calendar view.
It can also be used to create templates.
👉 Note: this feature allows you to quickly generate reusable message templates for all your locations.
Templates are pre-designed messages, usually created by the head office and shared across all locations.
Locations can then easily reuse them.Campaigns, on the other hand, are messages you create for direct publishing.
Unlike templates, they are not necessarily intended for all locations—you can choose exactly which locations you want to target.
How to proceed
Click on Templates Library
Then click on Add new template
Select the relevant media (e.g., Google)
Check the “AI Suggestion” box
Enter one or more relevant keywords describing your template
👉 A template description is automatically generated based on the provided keywords.
👉 Only the description is generated by AI; the title must be entered manually.
Click on “Validate request”
Click on Next
👉 You can add images, videos, and redirection CTA links to the template
Choose the period, then click on Next
Select one or more locations by checking the box next to their name, then click on Next
👉 Use the search bar to easily find a location
👉 You can select multiple locations at the same time
Carefully review the template. If needed, click on Previous to go back
👉 Make sure to review the Availability section at the bottom to confirm the selected period and number of locations
If everything is correct, click on Save template, or simply Save as draft
