This user guide accompanies you in using the ChatBot feature for reviews reporting on the My Mobilosoft platform. Thanks to this ChatBot, save time by obtaining quick and actionable insights, without having to manually navigate through complex reports.

    The ChatBot is an intelligent assistant designed to provide a quick and clear overview of customer reviews on different establishments, based on reviews reporting data.

    This chatbot is designed to:

    • Facilitate decision-making by providing real-time data.

    • Ensure effective monitoring of online reputation.

    • Compare establishments based on customer satisfaction, in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

    • Search and access to rankings of establishments according to their e-reputation.

  • Log in to the My Mobilosoft platform

  • Access the Reporting hub

  • Open the Reviews section

  • A chat icon appears on the screen at the bottom right

  • Click on the icon to open the chatbot and start asking your questions
