This user guide will walk you step-by-step through configuring the Boost feature on the My Mobilosoft platform. It enables you to quickly create effective local campaigns on Google and Meta to increase your store visibility and attract qualified traffic.
By following this guide, you will learn how to efficiently set up your campaigns, from content creation to delivery, including budget management and payment.
1. Accessing Campaign Creation
In the Overview area, click the Create New Campaign button.
Then select the Boost option to launch a boosted campaign.
Note: Currently, only Google and Facebook (Meta) media are available for Boost campaigns.
2. Required Elements for Facebook and Google Campaigns

3. Boost Campaigns on Google
Step 1: Add Visual Elements and Campaign Information
Enter Titles
Fill in all mandatory fields. Each title must be unique (avoid duplicates). Respect the character limits.Add a Call to Action (CTA) (optional)
Select a CTA label from the dropdown (e.g., Learn More, Book Now). Enter a valid URL (e.g., https://www.yoursite.com). This field is optional but recommended to improve effectiveness.Add Images (mandatory)

You can enhance your campaign with a promotional video.
Don’t forget to click “Confirm” once all mandatory information is filled.
Step 2: Define the Budget
Choose Daily Amount
Use the “-” and “+” buttons to select your daily budget.
The amount will automatically display in the summary.
2. Select Campaign Period
Click the calendar to choose the start and end dates.
This sets the campaign duration and total budget.
3. Check Boosted Stores
The “Boosted Store” section shows the number of selected stores.
Click “Modify” to adjust if needed.
4. Review Financial Summary
Daily amount, total budget, technology fees, total excluding tax (HT) to be paid.
5. Preview the Ad
Mobile preview with different formats (card, search, display, YouTube).
After defining your campaign budget, you will need to provide your company’s administrative information. This step is essential for correct billing and regulatory compliance.
Step 3: Company Information
Fill in the required billing fields:
VAT number
Contact person’s full name
Company name
Contact email
Full address (line 1, optional line 2, postal code, city, country)
Click Confirm to proceed.

Once the campaign is published, it will appear in the list of active national campaigns.
4. Boost Campaigns on Facebook
Step 1: Add Visual Elements and Campaign Information
Main Text (mandatory)
Enter the primary message you want to communicate.
Recommendation: Limit to 125 characters for optimal display.
Tip: Be clear, concise, and impactful to attract potential customers.
Title (mandatory)
Enter your campaign title, visible first and summarizing the offer or main message.
Limit: 40 characters max.Tip: Use a catchy and relevant title to encourage clicks.
Description (optional)
Add additional information about your offer, product, or service.
Tip: Use this space to specify benefits, special conditions, or useful details.
Add a Call to Action (CTA) (optional)
Select a CTA label from the dropdown (e.g., Learn More, Book Now).
Enter a valid URL.
Recommended but not mandatory.
Add Images
Campaign image must be at least 600 × 600 px and less than 30 MB.
Remember to click “Confirm” once all mandatory fields are completed.
Step 2: Define the Budget
Two modes are available: Simple Mode and Expert Mode.
Simple Mode: Quick Campaign Setup
Daily amount: Set daily budget using + and – buttons
Period: Select start and end dates on the calendar
Store to boost: Choose one or more stores to promote; number of selected stores is displayed and can be modified
Audience: Define age range (e.g., 18 to 65+)
Gender: Select target gender (All, Men, or Women)
Budget summary: Displays daily amount, total budget, technology fees, and total excluding tax (HT)
Expert Mode: Advanced Budget Customization
Expense configuration: Enter specific amount and duration (days) for each selected store
Store management: Search and select stores to include; configure amount and period individually
Audience and gender: Same as Simple Mode
Budget summary: Automatically updates based on detailed settings
3. Step 3: Entering Company Information
To ensure compliance and billing, please provide your company’s administrative information:
VAT number
Full name of the responsible person
Company name
Company email
Company address (line 1 and line 2)
Postal code, city, and country
Once all fields are completed, click Confirm to proceed to the next step.
4. Step 4: Adding Payment
To validate and launch your campaign, choose and enter your payment method. Several options are available (credit card, Bancontact, etc.):
Cardholder’s name

Expiration date
Security code
Country
A detailed summary of your campaign will appear on the left, including:
Daily amount
Total budget
Technology fees
Total amount excluding and including taxes (HT and TTC)
Amount to be paid to start the campaign
After entering your payment information, click Confirm to finalize.
5. Viewing Published Campaigns
Once your campaign is paid and published, it will appear in the list of active national campaigns, allowing you to monitor its status and performance.
