User Guide – Store Reporting Hub

The Hub Reporting for Establishments centralizes the main performance indicators of your points of sale.

It allows you to analyze, over a given period:

  • the estimated attendance at your establishments

  • their visibility on Google

  • actions performed by internet users

  • keywords used in Google searches

  • the performance of your meta pages

  • Results by establishment, by tag or by channel.

You can now selectan unlimited number of establishments or tagsWhen several establishments are selected, the data are grouped within an average curve in order to preserve a clear and usable visualization.

1. Access Establishment Reporting

From the main menu, go to:

Reporting > Establishments

The Reporting Hub comprises three areas:

  • Establishments: analysis of the visibility and activity of your points of sale

  • Campaigns: tracking the performance of your advertising campaigns

  • Notice: analysis of e-reputation and customer feedback.

Select the tabEstablishmentsto consult the indicators presented in this guide.

2. Configure your report

The filters at the top of the screen allow you to customize your analysis.

Tags

Select one or more tags to analyze a specific group of establishments: region, brand, type of store or any other category defined in your platform.

Establishments

Choose the points of sale to include in your report.

The selection is no longer limited to ten establishments: you can now analyze your entire network at once.

Period

Define the period you wish to study using the calendar.

Once you have selected your filters, click onTo validateto update the data.

The reset button allows you to quickly return to the initial selection.

ANALYZE GOOGLE PERFORMANCE

1. Analyze the number of visitors

The sectionNumber of visitors during the periodpresents the evolution of the estimated attendance of the selected establishments.

You can display the results:

  • per day

  • per week

  • per month

  • per year, when the chosen period allows.

The buttons X-1 and N-1allow for comparison of performance with:

  • the previous period

  • the previous year.

The results can be displayed on the right side of the graph:

  • by channel

  • couple of times

  • by establishment.

The table allows for quick identification of the establishments that generated the most visitors over the selected period.

2. View the Google summary

The Google section presents three main indicators.

Total in-store traffic

Estimating the number of physical visits generated by your establishments' presence on Google.

Total impressions

Total number of times your business listings have been displayed in Google Search or Google Maps.

Activation rate

Percentage of impressions that generated an action from the user, such as:

  • a request for directions

  • a call;

  • one click to the website.

These indicators allow us to assess the transition from online visibility to concrete action.

3. Analyze Google impressions

The sectionImpressions Maps et Searchpresents the evolution of your establishments' visibility on Google.

You can filter the results according to:

The type of printing

  • Google Search

  • Google Maps.

The device used

  • mobile

  • computer

  • other devices available in the report.

The level of analysis

  • couple of times

  • by establishment.

The results can also be viewed by day, week, month or year.

This analysis helps to identify the channels and establishments that contribute most to your local visibility.

4. Identify Google keywords

The sectionTop 50 keywordspresents the main queries used by internet users to find your establishments on Google.

For each keyword, the report indicates its usage volume over the selected period.

This information allows you, in particular, to:

  • understand your customers' search habits

  • identify the terms associated with your brand

  • identify generic or competitive searches

  • adapt your content and your local SEO strategy.

Use the navigation at the bottom of the table to view all available keywords.

5. Track Google activations

The sectionGoogle activations: directions, calls, and websitegroups together the actions performed from Google listings.

The main activations monitored are:

  • route requests

  • phone calls

  • clicks to the website.

You can filter the data according to:

  • the type of activation

  • the end

  • the establishment

  • the display period.

The graph allows us to track the evolution of actions over time, while the table identifies the establishments that generated the most activations.

ANALYZE META PERFORMANCE

The Reporting Hub also presents the performance of your connected Facebook and Instagram pages.

1. Interactions Meta

The sectionMeta Interactions: likes, followers, and viewsgroups together the main actions performed by internet users on your pages.

You can filter the data by:

  • canal

  • type d’interaction

  • tag

  • establishment.

The graph shows the evolution of interactions, while the table allows comparison of the results of the different points of sale.

2 . Impressions Meta

The sectionImpressions Metaindicates the number of times content associated with your establishments has been displayed on Meta platforms.

The results can be analyzed:

  • via channel

  • couple of words

  • by establishment

  • per period.

This section allows you to measure the visibility of your content and identify the most active establishments on social networks.

HOW TO COMPARE PERFORMANCE

The different sections of the report offer several levels of comparison:

  • X-1: comparison with the previous period

  • N-1: comparison with the same period of the previous year

  • By establishment: individual comparison of points of sale

  • Couple of moments: comparison of groups of establishments

  • By channel: comparison of the different platforms.

These views allow for the rapid identification of trends, performance gaps, and facilities requiring special attention.

Best practices

To obtain a relevant analysis:

  • select a period long enough to identify trends

  • Use tags to compare homogeneous groups

  • analyze impressions and activations together

  • compare the results with the previous period or the previous year

  • regularly check keywords to adapt your local SEO

  • Identify the best performing establishments to replicate their good practices in the rest of the network.
