The Hub Reporting Locations is your centralized tool to visualize and analyze the performance of each of your points of sale individually. It consolidates key indicators related to the visibility and activity of your establishments, both online and on-site. This guide presents all the features of the locations reporting to help you fully leverage this tool.

1. Export Your Data

At the top right of the screen, you have two buttons to export your reports according to your needs:

  • PDF Export: Click on the 📄 (download) icon to generate a complete report in PDF format, including all visible data.

  • Excel Export (CSV): Click on the 📥 (export) icon to download an Excel file in CSV format containing all metrics for advanced analysis.

2. Customize Your Analysis with Filters

To get targeted reports tailored to your needs, use the following filters:

  • Tags: Apply tags to group reviews according to your custom categories.

  • Establishments: Select the stores or points of sale whose reviews you want to analyze.

  • Channels: Choose the relevant platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).

  • Period: Define the time frame (week, month, etc.) for which you want to display the data.

After selecting your criteria, click Validate to refresh the report.

3. Understand the Key Indicators

A. Number of Visitors Over the Period

An interactive graph shows the evolution of the number of visitors over the selected period.

  • Display the data by day, week, month, or year using the buttons above the graph.

  • On the right, find the average and total visitors for the selected establishment.

B. Google Summary

Three essential indicators are presented:

  • Total in-store traffic: Number of physical visits to the store (e.g., 177).

  • Total impressions: Number of times your establishment was displayed on Google (e.g., 5,603).

  • Activation rate: Percentage of actions generated from impressions (clicks, calls, directions), for example, 9.57%.

4. Details of Google Performance

A. Map and Search Impressions

A graph shows the evolution of impressions on Google Maps and Google Search.

  • Filter by impression type (Maps or Search) and device (mobile, desktop).

  • View data by day, week, month, or year.

B. Top 50 Keywords

Discover the 50 most used keywords by internet users to find your establishment on Google.

This list helps you understand how your customers find you and optimize your local SEO.

C. Google Activations

Track the number of actions generated (directions, calls, clicks to the website) from Google.

Visualize their evolution over the selected period, displayed by day, week, month, or year.

5. Analysis of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Performance

A. Meta Interactions

A graph presents the number of likes, subscriptions, and views generated by your establishment on Facebook and Instagram.

Filter the data by interaction type and period.

B. Meta Impressions

Track the number of impressions of your establishment on these platforms.

Visualize the evolution of impressions over time.
