Welcome to the Campaign Reporting Hub user guide, your new centralized tool to track, analyze, and optimize the performance of your marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

This guide will walk you through the key features, intuitive navigation, and effective report management step by step.

1. Export Your Data for In-Depth Analysis

The Campaign Hub allows you to easily export your data to perform more detailed analyses or share your results with your teams.

  • PDF Export : To get an instant, easy-to-read report, click on the 📄 (download) icon. This PDF report captures a snapshot of the statistics currently displayed on the screen, making it ideal for quick sharing or offline review.

  • Excel Export (CSV) : For advanced data processing, use the 📥 (export) icon. This option lets you download an Excel file in CSV format containing all key metrics, which facilitates further analysis, custom chart creation, or integration with other tools.

2. Customize Your Reports Using Filters

To generate relevant reports tailored to your needs, the Campaign Hub offers several selection filters:

  • Tags: Filter your campaigns based on assigned keywords or categories to target specific types of marketing actions.

  • Establishments: Select the stores or points of sale concerned to analyze performance at local or regional levels.

  • Channels: Choose between Facebook and Instagram to isolate data related to each social network.

  • Period: Define the time range for which you want to analyze data (day, week, month, year).

Once you have selected your criteria, click Validate to refresh the report with data matching your parameters.

3. Understanding the Key Displayed Metrics

The Campaign Hub presents several essential indicators to measure the impact of your campaigns:

  • Page Views: The number of times people have viewed your Page profile, including both Facebook users who are logged in and those who are not.

  • Page Impressions: The number of times content from or about your Page appeared on someone’s screen.

  • Followers: Your total number of followers. When someone follows your Page, they become a follower, and your Page’s news and posts appear in their feed.

  • Posting Frequency: The number of times you post content on Facebook. Generally, it is recommended to post approximately 1 to 2 times per day. The average lifespan of a post is about 14 hours. These figures are indicative and may not apply to all audiences or businesses.

Comparative Period Visualization

To better analyze your performance trends, you can compare data between:

  • The previous period (e.g., last month)

  • The previous year (same period last year)

  • The current period

The interactive graph helps you visualize these data points:

  • The horizontal axis shows key dates (e.g., Nov 10, Nov 17).

  • The vertical axis indicates the values of different metrics (views, impressions, etc.).

Note: In the "Information" section, the total for the current period, the total for the previous year, and the evolution between these two periods will be displayed.

4. Detailed Tracking of Meta Publications

For precise campaign control, the Hub includes a summary table of your publication performances:

  • Campaign Search: A search bar allows you to quickly find a specific campaign by typing a keyword or its name.

  • Publications Table: This table displays the following information for each publication:

    • Publication: Name or content of the publication

    • Store: Associated establishment

    • Impressions: Total number of times the publication was displayed

    • Reactions: Total interactions (Likes, Loves, Haha, etc.)

    • Comments: Number of comments received

    • Shares: Number of times the publication was shared

    • Start and End Dates: Period during which the publication was active

All these statistics are aggregated as "lifetime," meaning over the entire lifespan of the publication, providing a comprehensive view of its performance.

The Campaign Reporting Hub is a powerful and intuitive tool that enables you to effectively manage your marketing activities on social media.
