Introduction
This guide introduces the new AI-powered suggestion features available in the Review Hub and Campaign tab of the MyMobilosoft mobile app. These innovative tools enable you to improve user interaction by using AI-generated suggestions to respond to reviews or enrich your campaign descriptions.
I. AI Suggestions in the Review Hub
Objective
Quickly and easily enrich your campaign descriptions with AI.
Prerequisites
AI must be enabled on your MyMobilosoft platform.
You must be at step 3 (Description) of creating or modifying a campaign.
Steps
Access the Review Hub:
Log in to the MyMobilosoft mobile app.
Go to the Review Hub.
Identify the AI suggestion area:
Locate the colored text area labeled "AI Suggestion". It replaces the "Canned Answers" icon and attracts attention with a shimmering effect.
Use the AI suggestion:
Click on the "AI Suggestion" area.
Pre-filled text, generated by OpenAI based on the review analyzed via Troople, appears in the response area.
This text is fully editable: you can modify it to suit your style and situation.
4. "AI Suggestion" button management:
Once the text is displayed, the "AI Suggestion" button becomes inactive (grayed out).
If you erase the text in the response area, the button becomes clickable again, allowing you to generate a new suggestion.
Important points :
Accessibility: The "AI Suggestion" feature is only visible if AI is enabled on your MyMobilosoft platform.
Personalization: The text generated by AI is a suggestion, not a final answer. Take the time to review it and personalize it to perfectly match your message.
II. AI Suggestions in the Campaign Tab
Objective
Quickly and easily enrich your campaign descriptions with AI.
Steps
Access the Campaign tab:
Log in to the MyMobilosoft mobile app.
Open the Campaign tab.
Go to step 3 (Description) when creating or modifying a campaign.
Locate the "AI Suggestion" area:
Locate the colored text area labeled "AI Suggestion". It is located to the right of the word "Description", above the text frame, and highlighted with a shimmering effect.
Use the AI suggestion:
Click on the "AI Suggestion" area.
A pop-up window opens with a text area. Write your request (prompt) in this area. Be precise and clear in your request to the AI. For example: "Describe a promotion for a 20% discount on all children's items".
Validate the AI request:
Once you have written your request (prompt), click the "Generate" button.
Editable text, generated by the AI based on your request, appears in the description text area.
"AI Suggestion" area management:
As long as there is text in the description area, the "AI Suggestion" area is inactive (grayed out).
If you erase the text of the description, the area becomes clickable again, allowing you to generate a new suggestion.
