1. DATA EXPORT
The Hub Campaigns allows you to export your data for more detailed analysis.
Export PDF
Click on the 📄 icon (icon_download) to download a report in PDF format, representing a snapshot of the current statistics.
Export Excel
Use the 📥 icon (icon_dropdown) to export metrics into an Excel file (CSV format).
2. SELECTION FILTERS
To customize your reports, you can use the following options:
Tags: Filter your campaigns based on assigned tags.
Establishments: Select the relevant stores to refine the results.
Channels: Choose between Facebook and Instagram to analyze campaign data for a specific channel.
Period: Specify the time frame for which the data should be displayed.
Click "Validate" to apply your filters.
3. KEY STATISTICS DISPLAYED
Views :
Total number of views of your page.
Information: Views include all instances where people, logged into Facebook or not, have seen your page profile.
Page Impressions :
The total number of times content from your page has been displayed on users' screens.
Followers :
Total number of followers on your page.
Posting Frequency :
Indicates how many times you have posted content on your page during the selected period.
Period Visualization :
You can compare statistics across different periods using:
Previous Period
Previous Year
Current Period
Interactive Graph:
The horizontal axis displays key dates (e.g., "Nov 10", "Nov 17").
The vertical axis shows metrics (e.g., views, impressions, etc.).
4. META POSTS
Campaign Search
A search bar allows you to easily locate a specific campaign.
Search: Enter a keyword or campaign name to display relevant results.
Publication Table
This table summarizes the performance of your posts for each campaign.
Displayed Columns:
Post: Name or content of the post.
Store: Establishment associated with the post.
Impressions: Number of times the post has been displayed.
Reactions: Total number of interactions (“Like,” “Love,” “Haha,” etc.).
Comments: Number of comments left by users.
Shares: Number of times a user has shared the post.
Start Date / End Date: Timeframe during which the post was active.
Key Information:
Statistics are accumulated on a "lifetime" basis to provide a comprehensive view of the performance of your posts.
Impressions represent the total number of displays.
Reactions, comments, and shares provide insight into user engagement.
