Welcome to the User Guide for GenAI - Campaign Hub 📣
With GenAI for Campaigns, you can easily design marketing campaigns tailored to your needs. This feature helps you create high-performing content to maximize customer engagement while optimizing your time and effort.
With this feature, you can:
Automate the creation of content for your marketing campaigns.
Design campaigns tailored to your objectives, whether they are organic or paid.
Ensure consistency and quality in your advertising messages.
1. Access the Campaign Hub Feature
Log in to your account on my.mobilosoft.com using your credentials (or via Google/SSO).
Once logged in, click on the main menu and select the Campaign Hub option.
2. Create a New Campaign
Click on the “Create a New Campaign” button.
You will be redirected to the campaign creation wizard.
3. Choose the Campaign Type
Select “Publish” – Ideal for organic campaigns that enhance your presence and naturally engage your audience.
4. Customize Your Campaign
Provide the details of your campaign:
Objective: For example, increase visibility, generate clicks, or boost engagement.
Dates: Enter the start and end dates of the campaign.
Click 'Validate' to save this information and proceed to the next step."
5. Set Up the Campaign Content
Choose the media: Add an image or video to accompany your campaign. You can select a media file from your library or upload a new one.
Add a title: Enter a title that summarizes your campaign or grabs the audience's attention.
Enable AI Generation: Check the “AI Suggestion” box to allow the AI to suggest an optimized description for your campaign.
Fill in the field with keywords or a summary of your campaign (e.g., “special promotion”, “new collection available”).
Validate the request: Click “Validate Request” to allow the AI to generate a description based on the entered information.
6. Review and Finalize the Content
The AI will automatically suggest a description for your campaign.
Carefully review the suggestion.
If needed, make edits to further personalize the content.
Once satisfied, click Save to validate the campaign content.
7. Select the Relevant Locations
Select the location(s) relevant to the campaign by checking the corresponding checkbox.
8. Publish or Schedule the Campaign
Once the setup is complete, you can:
Publish Immediately: Launch your campaign right away.
Save as Draft: Save it as a draft for further edits before publishing."
