This guide will help you use the GenAI feature to respond to customer reviews left on your online profiles. Responding to reviews is a crucial step to improve your online reputation and strengthen customer relationships
With GenAI, you can:

Follow the steps below to fully leverage this feature and efficiently manage your customer reviews.
1. Access the Hub Reviews Feature
Log in to your account on my.mobilosoft.com using your credentials (or via Google/SSO)
Once logged in, click on the main menu and select the Hub Reviews option.
2. Filter Reviews to Address
In the Hub Reviews section, use the filter to display Unanswered Reviews
This allows you to prioritize reviews that require a response
You can also sort reviews by platform (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) or by date to better organize your work.
3. Select the Review to Address
Browse the list of unanswered reviews and click on the review you want to address.
Carefully read the user's message to fully understand its content and intent.
4. Generate a Response with AI
Click on the “Generate AI Response” button to activate the automatic response generation. 🤖
The AI will analyze the content of the customer review to suggest a response tailored to the user's message.
Important Note: Unlike other features, there is no need to enter keywords for this functionality. The AI generates the response solely based on the content of the review.
5. Review and Validate the Response
Once the response is generated, carefully review the AI's suggestion to ensure it aligns with the message you want to convey.
If necessary, manually edit the generated response to better match your tone or the specific needs of the customer.
6. Publish the Response
When you are satisfied with the response, click “Reply” to publish it directly on the platform where the review was posted.
Your response will be visible to the customer and other internet users.
