In this release note discover our latest improvements to simplify your life 💪 :

1. Hub Inbox: Customization of predefined responses to customer feedback

  • Optimization of the publication of paid campaigns

  1. Hub Inbox: Customize predefined responses to customer comments

    Now you can include an automatic field in predefined responses to customer reviews.


    This custom field allows you to automatically include the username of the person who left a review. This feature makes your canned answers more personalized, and makes answering reviews quicker.

  2. Hub Campaigns:

    1. Optimization of the publication of paid campaigns

    2. Access to campaign history


      From now on, you can access the history of your campaigns in one click.

      To do this, go to the Campaigns Hub > Monitoring section > View All

    3. Calendar to select campaign dates

      Select the start and end dates of your organic and paid campaigns via a visual and interactive calendar.


    4. New image library search options

      Find your images more easily with the search bar. Searches are based on several possible criteria:

      • Image title

      • Tag(s) associated to the image

      • Keywords

      • Image owner (associated point of sale account)


  3. Hub Reporting: New filter to view campaign performance

    In the Reporting Hub, view the performance of your campaigns by individual store or group of stores.

    This feature complements the time-based filter.

  4. Global: Google Business Profile API update (previously Google My Business)

    Google has updated the Google Business Profile APIs in April 2022, following the rebranding of Google My Business.

    The available functionality remains the same, and we are closely monitoring these developments to ensure a smooth user experience for platform users 💪
