1.1. Settings Hub: Customize Your GenAI Settings
The new AI Configuration section allows you to tailor AI-generated content to your specific needs and ensure consistent AI behavior across the entire platform.
For even greater flexibility, you can define dedicated instructions within both the Campaigns Hub and the Reviews Hub, allowing AI to generate content perfectly suited to each specific use case.
1.1.1 Global AI Settings
The Global Settings section, located under AI Configuration, lets you define the default AI behavior across all hubs and media channels.
You can configure: preferred language, tone of voice, content length, writing style, preferred words, words to avoid. This helps maintain a consistent editorial style throughout the platform.
Steps to follow
Go to the Settings Hub.
Open the AI Configuration section.
Select your preferred language variant using the dropdown menu.
Configure the default tone for AI-generated content.
To add a custom tone: enter its name in the dedicated field, then click the "+" button.
Click "Show Available Tones" to display all available tones.
To add preferred or forbidden words: enter each word in the corresponding field, then press Enter.
Remember to save your changes after each update.
1.1.2. Custom Prompts for the Campaigns Hub
Refine your content generation by defining dedicated prompts for each media channel within your campaigns (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Store Locator, etc.).
Each channel can now have its own specific instructions, allowing AI to generate content tailored to the platform and your communication objectives.
Steps to follow
Scroll down to the Campaigns Hub section.
Enter your prompts in the dedicated fields for each media channel and save your changes.
1.1.3. Custom Prompts for the Reviews Hub
Create dedicated prompts for each media plateform (Google or Facebook) to personalize AI-generated review responses and ensure communiacztin is adapted to each plateform.
Steps to follow
Scroll down to the Reviews Hub section.
Enter your prompts in the dedicated fields for each media and save your changes.
1.2. Campaigns Hub & Reviews Hub: AI SmartBar
A new AI SmartBar is now available in both the Campaigns Hub and Reviews Hub to make content generation faster and more efficient. By default, it uses the settings configured under: Settings → AI Configuration → Global Settings. This includes: tone, content length, writing style and other global preferences. These settings can be modified at any time. You can also enter a short prompt in the dedicated field to instantly refine the generated content.

1.3. Campaigns Hub & Reviews Hub: Share Your Feedback on AI-Generated Content
Your feedback matters! After each AI-generated response in both the Campaigns Hub and Reviews Hub, you can now rate the generated content using the 👍 or 👎 buttons. If you're not satisfied, you can explain why by: selecting one of the suggested reasons or writing your own comment. Your feedback helps us continuously improve the quality of AI-generated content.

Reviews Reporting: Export Support for Long Date Ranges
The Reviews Reporting export feature now supports long date-range filters. You can easily export your review analysis over extended periods in Excel format.
Steps to follow
Go to the Reporting Hub in Reviews Reporting section.
Apply a filter covering all locations over a long date range.
Export the results as an Excel file.
