How to perform bulk claims from the Settings Hub

A new section has been added in the Settings Hub: Global Google Linking.
It allows bulk linking to Google and the creation of Google listings.

Here are the steps to access it (these are still screenshots from the test environment):

  • Go to the Settings Hub and access the Global Google Linking section

  • Click Next to access step 2

  • Select the Google profile to use for linking

  • Grant permission to mobilosoft.com :

    • Create, edit, or delete Google Ads accounts and data

    • Create, edit, or delete Google My Business listings

  • After authorizing Mobilosoft to access the Google Account of the email address, you will reach the second step to choose the Google My Business group:

  • Then you reach the third and final step, bulk linking via this interface:

  • There is the first column, which lists all the locations on the platform, with the matching status with the listing. Then the second column contains the GMB listings to which the location is linked. And finally, the last column with the edit icon and the + icon to perform the linking itself or create a listing in the selected GMB group to link to the location:

  • If the user clicks on the edit icon next to each location row, the list of GMB listings from the group appears in a pop-up, and the user can select the listing they want to associate with the location:

  • Otherwise, they can create a new listing for this location from the + icon

  • Choose the name, address (automatically the address of the location in Mobilosoft), and category of the new listing before creating it:

  • The listing is successfully created and will also be available directly in the Google My Business interface listing:

  • After making the linking changes and creating listings, select the locations to perform the bulk claim and simply click on Finish to save:

  • Check the linking you have just performed in the details of each location.

You can now create a Google listing directly from Mobilosoft when creating a new location.

​Steps:

Create a new location in the Location Hub

  • Go to Settings Hub β†’ Global Google Linking

  • Follow steps 1 & 2

  • Search for the newly created location

  • Click on the + button on the result row to create the Google listing in the GMB group

  • The listing is visible in the Google My Business interface after being created from the platform:

  • After the listing is created, the location row is automatically selected for linking. You just need to click on Finish to save the link:

  • Go to Location Hub

  • Search the location

  • Edit the location

  • Scroll to the Media section

  • Scroll to the Media section of the location to see the status of the listing linked to the location

    If the listing is verified on Google, this is what is displayed

It is also possible to verify it from this same interface by clicking on Verify Profile. A selection of verification methods will be ΠΏΡ€Π΅Π΄Π»ΠΎΠΆed depending on the information completed for the store: verification by phone number or by email
