This Mobilosoft platform update introduces new features and several improvements designed to enhance data reliability, analysis readability, and daily usability.

  1. Adaptation of the “Customer Sentiment Evolution” chart based on the selected keyword in Advanced Insights / Sentiment Analysis

  2. Automatic filling of social media URLs in location information

1. New features

1.1 Adaptation of the “Customer Sentiment Evolution” chart by selected keyword

The Advanced Insights – Sentiment Analysis hub now allows more granular sentiment analysis by keyword.

This enhancement enables:

  • more targeted analysis of customer feedback

  • better understanding of positive and negative themes

  • more accurate tracking of perception trends over time

To access:

  • Go to Advanced Insights / Sentiment Analysis

  • Filter by tags, establishments, and period, then click “Validate”

  • Scroll to the Customer Sentiment chart and select a keyword

  • The sentiment evolution chart updates automatically

1.1.2 Automatic filling of social media URLs in location information

Social media URLs are now automatically filled in when linking a location to a media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
This also applies to existing establishments.

Benefits:

  • reduced manual entry

  • lower risk of errors

  • improved consistency of local information

To access:

  • Go to the establishment module and click “Edit”

  • Open the section " location claim" to a link a location to media platform

  • Link your new location to Facebook, for example

  • Verify that the Facebook URL is automatically filled

2. Improvements

2.1 Translation of the “All Reviews” chart in Review Reporting

The “All Reviews” chart is now fully translated according to the selected language.

Benefits:

  • clearer and more consistent reading

  • improved experience for international and multi-country teams

To change the display language, click on the small arrow at the top right next to your name.

Select your preferred language and click Save.

The language will change automatically.

2.2. Recovery of Instagram Impressions and Followers Data

Campaign Reporting now reliably integrates data related to page impressions and the number of Instagram followers.

This improvement allows for:

  • a more accurate reading of Instagram performance,

  • better tracking of audience growth,

  • a more reliable analysis of your social campaign results.

To access it, simply:

  • Go to the Campaign Reporting hub

  • Filter by tags, establishment, period, and select channels including Instagram

  • View the Impressions and Followers metrics.

2.3. Optimized use of Dr AI – Advanced Insights / AI Sentiment

The Dr AI module has been optimized to improve the stability of analysis and the continuity of sentiment data processing.

This improvement enables:

  • more robust AI analysis,

  • better structured customer insights, and

  • more consistent and actionable recommendations.

To access it, simply:

  • go to the Advanced Insights / Sentiment Analysis hub.

  • Filter the tags, establishments, and period you want to display, then click on the “Validate” button.

  • Click on one of your customers' reviews on the “Customer Feedback” chart and launch an AI analysis by clicking on “Let's go.”

2.4. Improved display of the “Evolution of your customers' perceptions” graph

The “Evolution of your customers' perceptions” graph now displays data in a more stable and readable way, consistent with the selected filters.

This improvement allows for:

  • better readability of the curves,

  • a more accurate representation of the results,

  • a more reliable analysis of changes in customer sentiment over time.

To access it, simply:

  • go to the Advanced Insights / Sentiment Analysis hub

  • Filter the tags, establishments, and period you want to display, then click on the “Validate” button.

  • Click on one of your customers' feelings displayed on the “customer feelings” graph and you will see that the “customer feelings trend” graph will change according to the feelings you select.
